Leeds divers sparkle at Santa Skills 2025

City of Leeds divers brought brilliant energy, festive spirit and some outstanding performances to Ponds Forge on Saturday 6 December for the 13th annual Sheffield Santa Skills Invitational skills competition. Hosted by City of Sheffield Diving Club, the meet welcomed more than 250 competitors from 18 clubs across the UK. With festive swimwear and Santa hats on poolside, Christmas music on loop and plenty of tinsel on the balcony, it was the perfect way for our young divers to round off the year.

With the best qualified and experienced coaches, our aim is to support our divers to improve their skills and reach their full potential.

Our training scheme currently hosts the Swim England Talent Development Centre and British Diving High Performance Centre. Aside from our weekly training, City of Leeds Diving holds two annual competitions: G-Star Championships and White Rose Diving Invitational, both of which are National events during which we welcome divers from all over the country to compete for Gold.
